Food Vendor Application (space is limited to 5 trucks)

Only 5 spaces for trucks and/or booths will be allocated. We will not duplicate the type of food being offered by vendors. Acceptance of this application will require you to be in attendance during all open hours of the festival.

Each booth space is 10’ by 20’ on a concrete path of the event space or the vehicle length on a portion of the paved park path. The vendor is responsible to provide his own canopy. Electricity will not be provided.
Only food vendors are allowed to sell or distribute food or beverages of any type. 
Payment Method (TOTAL PAYMENT = # spaces x $250)
Once confirmed, we will send you the payment link. 
* * *ATTENTION: Food vendors must provide up to date licensing and liability insurance coverage. 
• Sales Tax License (for city of Wheat Ridge)
• Mobile Food Vehicle License (for Jefferson County)
• Minimum of a $1,000,000 general liability policy citing Colorado Folk Arts Council at 2890 Newland St Wheat Ridge CO 80214 as additional insured
